I was very lucky to be 15 in 1980, I grew up with the best music
ever, watching the very first video from MTV (VIDEO killed the
radio star) who whodve known that was the start of a new era, my
daughter sometimes likes this music because I never get tired of
hearing it, my husband and i HAVE been married for 20 hyears and we
always remember those days dancing to Journey,
Foreigner,those great ballad songs, I wish I was 20 againto relive
those great days. Im 43 now and I can remember all of them like it
was yesterday.

mTV as soon as I would get home from school.All day long ,then ELVIRA creep show at night.Miss them days

The 80's had some of the greatest music and the music videos were great too. MTV rocked back then. Now it's all about sex, drugs, vulgarity. The dance clubs played all these songs and the dance floors were always packed. Thanks for the memories! I still listen to some of these songs........................................

The 80's with the help of mtv introduced us to the most creative music ever created todays music seems to have no melody just a bunch of yelling, cursing and vanity God I wish I could go back in time and relive the 80's.

Oh my Gosh! I was born in 1977 so I got to grow up during the 80's I loved this music so much. My Aunt and I would sneak to her friends house to watch Mtv, because my Grandma wouldn't let her! I had so much fun at sleepovers with my friends too. This holds so many fond memories for me.
